The International Trademark Association (INTA)

The International Trademark Association (INTA) is a global association of trademark owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property in order to protect consumers and to promote fair and effective commerce.

Recognizing the need to be well informed and updated with the latest practice and procedures in trademark operations, as well as to be afforded the chance to influence public policy and share in the advocacy developments within the trademark community, KAD joined this powerful and most influential international IP body in 2007, as an Associate Member.

World Association of Detectives (W.A.D.)

W.A.D. is the longest and largest global alliance of Investigators and Security Professionals formed as a joint venture by the combined membership of the World Association of Detectives and the International Secret Service Association.

KAD joined this global alliance of Investigators and Security Professionals in 2008 with the objective of enhancing its already developed professional investigative techniques and skills.

KAD aims to avail of the benefits of the purposes for which W.A.D. was established in 1921, most notable of which are (a) to promote and maintain the highest ethical practices in the profession of private investigator or security service, (2) foster and perpetuate a spirt of cooperation among its members and with all those engaged in law enforcement, and (3) to further and establish a mutual feeling of trust, goodwill and friendship among agencies throughout the world.

The Association of British Investigations (ABI)

The Association of British Investigators Limited was formed in 1913 and it was incorporated on December 31, 1970 to provide and maintain an organisation for Professional Investigators in the private sector.

KAD had perceived the reality that ABI is the kite of the investigation industry.  Thus, in order to be at the forefront of professional investigator’s excellence in the private sector, and to attain membership to the most demanding, widely respected and influential industrial body, KAD affiliated with this renowned association of investigators in the Year 2011.
