The Ministry of Health (MOH)

KAD maintains a sound and firm working relationship with the MOH.  KAD conducts training seminars and workshops for MOH’s officials in determining the differences between genuine and counterfeit medical and pharmaceutical products. By virtue of this working relationship, KAD had  established in 2013, its in-house Pharmaceutical Division tasked mainly to provide assistance and consultancy to its international pharmaceutical clients in the pharmaceutical/medical field, with studies on market access barriers, internal policies reviews, substantive medical opinion, issuance on compliance with the MOH Regulations, and in conformity with the Health Laws and Regulations of the Kingdom.
