KAD had offered and provided exemplary services to its clientele who have encountered in the Saudi markets, the proliferation of their counterfeit products by illegal traders that caused damage and prejudice not only to their legitimate business operations but also to the reduction of their market sales and loss of income and which have stirred an atmosphere of unfair competition and illegal trade practices.

KAD teams in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, in close cooperation with the MOC and under the direction and authority of the MOC Inspectors,  have conducted hundreds of operations on behalf of our clients.  KAD had lodged several legal and administrative actions before the concerned government bodies, followed them up and obtained favourable resolutions that paved the way for the successful enforcement of its clients’ IP rights leading to the destruction of the infringing/counterfeit products.  This is a manifestation of KAD’s goals of combating commercial fraud and destruction of counterfeit goods and also of goods that do not conform to the Saudi Arabian and to global industrial standards.

The attached images which were taken during the actual destruction of the infringing goods are just some of the several pieces of evidence proving the implementation of the Order of Destruction issued by the MOC.

KAD has also imparted to the MOCI Officers and Inspectors at its Headquarters in Riyadh and its Branches in Jeddah and Dammam, the experience and expertise of international companies and brand owners in distinguishing between counterfeit and genuine products.
