KAD’s mission on combating commercial fraud and counterfeiting is in pursuit alongside of the Kingdom’s avowed objective of protecting the country and its population from the pernicious effects of fraud and counterfeiting which consequently cause damages to the national economy.

The KAD team is ably-staffed with highly-experienced personnel who have capabilities and skills to handle liaison and enforcement actions in close coordination with other appropriate government agencies such as:

• The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI);
• The Police Authorities
• The Ministry of Health (MoH);
• The Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs (MoMRA), and
• The Saudi Food and Drugs Authority

KAD always executes and accomplishes its enforcement actions to its clients’ best interests and full satisfaction regardless of whichever government agency has the jurisdiction to act on a given situation.
