The Saudi Customs Authorities (Saudi Customs)<\/h2>\n

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been executed between the Saudi Customs and KAD & Co. on 8\/2\/1401 Hejira, corresponding to 3\/2\/2009.\u00a0 This MoU has been finalized in recognition by the Saudi Customs of KAD & Co.\u2019s substantial experience in the fields of Intellectual Property protection and enforcement having represented and currently, is representing, ninety (90) international companies doing business in Saudi Arabia or dealing\u00a0 commercially in the Saudi market.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI)<\/h2>\n
\n

With the mission of participating actively in the eradication completely, if not to minimize, the entry of counterfeit goods into the Saudi market and with the mission of protecting the consumers from the damaging effects of these counterfeit products as well as for protecting the legitimate brand owners, KAD & CO., with all the guidance, support, and assistance of the MOCI and on the basis of\u00a0 its sound partnership with the MOCI, have been able to reduce substantially the proliferation of counterfeit goods in the Saudi market.<\/p>\n

The Police Authorities<\/h2>\n
\n

Whenever there is an imminent danger to the persons or lives of the MOCI, Saudi Customs or MoMRA Inspectors, or whenever the complexity or gravity of the enforcement demands that the assistance of the Police Authorities (and the Fire Protection Authorities) is being called for especially during a raid action against a number of warehouses or huge warehouse where entry thereof has been denied to the Authorities.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Health (MOH)<\/h2>\n

The Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs (MOMRA)<\/h2>\n

The working objective of the MOMRA officials has always been to save the customers from fraudulent products, whether they be counterfeit or expired, order the closure of unsanitary restaurants and eateries, and in general, to stop all forms of illegal activities that threatens to affect the decent living of the consumers.<\/p>\n
